2001 – One Voice Communications Services was formed to provide consultancy services to Enterprises and Businesses in the field of Telecommunication, Security and Call Center Solutions.

2005 – Seeing the growing market in the area of Mobile Communications, the company set up a division to look into Mobile Applications and Products.
Eventually the focus is on Mobile Security.

2007 – The first Mobile Security product FN Suite was launched.
This Mobile Security Application addresses fraudulent phone usage and phone data security.

The application allows user to remotely lock and unlock his mobile phone, remotely delete standard folders such as Phone Contacts, Emails, SMS, Images and Videos. Besides the phone memory, folders in the external memory such as Micro-SD in the phone will also be deleted.

When the user’s mobile phone is stolen, once a new SIM is inserted, a notification will be sent to one or two pre-determined mobile number. The notification will include the Mobile Number of the New SIM, the New and Old SIM Serial Number, the Serial Number of the Mobile Phone as well as the Cell and Location Identity. These information will be useful for making a police report.

2008 – The second Mobile Security product REI was launched. This application allows SMS from designated contacts to be placed in a discrete Inbox. Outgoing to those designated contacts are also placed in a discrete Sent-box. A Password is required to open the discrete In and Sent Boxes.

With this application, SMS with private contents such as Bank Information, Mobile Banking Transactions or any other private and personal contents are saved from the prying eyes.

2009 – The company goes regional. One Voice Pte Ltd, One Voice Hong Kong Ltd, One Voice Resources Sdn Bhd, One Voice Shenzhen Ltd were formed.

Besides, the company product portfolio increased with the appointment by:
WebGate, for their Advance Call Manager and Advance Device Lock products.
Mobicule, for their Fone Backup product.
Taisys, for their SIM and NFC products.
