Activation/Installation of Advance Call Manager

I have purchased a license, how can I activate the application? Top
 
If you have on-device internet connection, please open the application and select “Activate” from the application main menu.

Then just follow the instructions.If you do not have on-device internet connection, please use the manual activation method: download your license file from the link we have sent you via e-mail upon purchase.
 

I don't have internet connection on my phone. Can I activate my application manually? Top
 
Yes, you can activate your application manually. You just need to open the link sent to you upon purchase on your PC, download the license file, transfer it to your device via a standard cable or Bluetooth connection, install it there and restart the application.
 

I got "Certificate Error" when trying to activate the application manually on my Nokia E*. How can I resolve this? Top
 
Please, go to Tools → Application Manager → Options → Settings → Software Installation and select “All” before installing the license.
 

Is my license valid forever? Top
 
The full license unlocks the application for unlimited use but only on the device it is generated for.
 

Can I transfer my license to another device? Top
 
The license file is based on the unique IMEI/PIN number of your device and can be used exclusively on the device it is purchased for.
 
I got "Expired certificate" when trying to activate the application manually Top
 
Please re-download the license file from our server. If the problem persists, please check the current date of your device and correct it if necessary.
 

What is IMEI? Top
 
The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique 15-digit code used to identify an individual GSM mobile station to a GSM network. You can retrieve your IMEI number by typing *#06# on your phone. As an alternative your IMEI number is written on the back of your phone (under the battery).
 

If I format my device will my license be lost? Top
 
You can anytime (re)activate your application. If you format your device, just install the application again (the latest versions are available on our website: www.1voiz.com ) and press ‘Activate’ to retrieve your license as it is stored on our servers.
 

I have installed the license successfully but the application is still in a trial mode. Top
 
Please exit the application and start it again.

How can I check whether my application has been activated? Top
 
Please, open the “About” menu from the main “Options” menu - it states either “Not registered” or “Licensed”.
 

(BlackBerry) When I install ACM, I am asked to set certain permissions to "Allow". Is that obligatory? Top
 
Yes, you need to set these "Permissions" to "Allow" because otherwise the application may not filter your incoming calls.
 

(BlackBerry) What is PIN? Top
 
PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a unique 8-digit alphanumeric code used to identify a BlackBerry device to a BlackBerry wireless network provider. To retrieve it, go to "Options"/"Settings"(depending on device model)>"Status" or connect your BlackBerry Device to your PC via Desktop Manager and the PIN shall be visible in the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
 

I receive "Expired Certificate" when I try to install your software on my Nokia 5800. Top
 
“Expired certificate” error message occurs when you try to install .sis or .sisx files on Nokia 5800 devices with firmware older than 11.x.xxx.

A possible solution is to backup all messages, notes, calendar entries, and contacts via Nokia PC Suite, remove the microSD memory card, format your Nokia 5800 and move the back-up items back on your device.
