You need to know the PIN code to your mobile phone FN Suite. For example your PIN Code is "12345".

You can send these commands:

FN Suite is licensed to the phone's unique IMEI number; and you have to buy a new FN Suite for your new mobile phone. The earlier license which was licensed to your old mobile phone is not transferable.

The sms notification will contain:

(a) the mobile number of the sim card. All sms carry the country code.

(b) the SIM ID of the sim card. This is a confidential number known only to the mobile carrier and in most cases, the owner of the SIM Card is not even aware of the SIM ID. Most users are content to know the mobile number. Normally, when a mobile number is changed without a change of SIM Card, the SIM ID remains and is traceable to the person who registered the phone. Sim ID is a very good trace to the identity of the owner via the Mobile Phone Carrier.

(c) the base station ID of the mobile carrier. This will give you an idea of the location when the sms was sent from. The mobile carrier, if they want to, can tell you the streeet name of the location ID.

The sms notification gives you enough information to make a police report and also allow you to contact the finder or the thief!

You can use websms on a computer with internet; or any mobile phone to send commands to FN Suite. You need to know the secret PIN code.

If you lose your phone or if it gets stolen, you would not be bothered to find a pc with internet or find a specifric phone to send your command. You would want to use any mobile phone to quickly send the command. And FN Suite allows you to do it.

These 2 numbers are to enable your FN Suite to send the sms notifications to. Please do not write/set your current mobile phone number as the sms notification will be sent to your lost or misplaced phone. Use your second phone number or phone numbers of friends that you can reach easily.

If your current mobile phone number is lost or stolen and the sms notification is sent to this number, it would not be useful to you at all.

Phone Locking when enabled will ensure that when your sim card is changed, the phone will be automatically locked. Disable this setting when you are changing sim card (like when you are travelling) and after you have changed the sim card; please remember to enable PHONE LOCKING.

"Always Lock on Boot" means when you reboot or switch off and on your mobile phone, the phone will lock automatically. This is an extra safeguard. When this setting is disabled and PHONE LOCKING is enabled, the phone will still lock when a sim card change is detected.
However, when "Always Lock on Boot" is disabled and there is no change of sim card and the phone is switched off and on; the phone will not automatically lock.

We suggest you enabled this feature to get maximum protection.

When you select "Tell a Friend" you will prompted to enter a mobile number. When you enter the mobile number with country code and press OK, a sms will be sent to your friend to tell them of FN Suite; and a download link will be provided.

To enable maximum protection for you and your data; we do not have any means to retrieve your PIN. You have to bring your mobile phone to the manufacturer's service centre and have them hard reset the phone.
